We moved a family of 4 from North Carolina to Birmingham, AL and Guro was, simply put, a guardian angel-level realtor. She had total command of the entire house purchase process from house-hunting to closing. She quickly proved to be one of the most competent and outstanding professionals I've worked with. When our lender was being a pain, Guro was there to provide sound financial advice. When our appraiser appraised the wrong house and sent really confusing images, Guro was the one who caught it and had them redo the appraisal(free of charge). She was the point person for every single communication in what can be a byzantine process. On top of that, she is just a really fun, wonderful person. She was so kind to our children and knew the right words to tell us when we were worried our house purchase was going to fall through.
