With a presentation that highlights the best sides of your property and location, supplemented by high quality photos, an asking price that is based on a thorough market analysis and my marketing package, I will sell your home.

STAGING

We will stage your home to present it in it´s best light and to match the market and the price. It does not matter if it is a small $50,000 bungalow or a $1,000,000 mansion. All my clients will get a staging checklist and guidance in how to present the inside and the outside of the home in the best way, with your own belongings. If your home needs some updates before we put it on the market I am more than happy to share my contacts.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS

All my clients will get a professional photo package and a printed presentation for interested buyers. I also offer a more extended multimedia and staging package for high-end properties.

THE RIGHT PRICE

I will use a detailed database to compare your home to similar homes that have been sold in the neighborhood, but I will also take into consideration the future of the market because things turn quickly. Other things I will consider is the standard of your property, neighborhood, schools, and the demographic for potential buyers in the area. I will help to find that sweet spot where both you and the buyer will walk away from the closing table happy!  

MARKETING

When your home is ready to be put on the market it will be displayed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and top name sites like Zillow and Trulia to get the most exposure to your home. We will do an open house that will be heavy marketed and professionally conducted. This blended with my other strategies will get you the results you want.
